From Pure a soya spread. A dairy free alternative to margarine and butter. I have used this for years and it is very good. It is great for toast, sandwiches and baked potatoes etc.. but I use it mostly for cooking. It is a good ingredient for pastry and I use this to make vegan butter icing for vegan cakes.
Each 500gram tub is Dairy Free, Vegan Society Approved. Low in Saturated fat, Per 10gram serving is 53kcal. Made using soya. Contains Vitamin D2, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin E & A. Some essential vitamins that vegans sometimes miss out on. Sold in the supermarkets and health food shops.
If you have an intolerance to soya I recently reviewed vitalite which is soya free and is vegan dairy free.
