Trericket Mill near the Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales is a lovely place to stay. I have not been for ages, however I thought you might like to know about it. The building is an old Georgian Water Mill and some of the interior reflects this. It is totally veggie so totally meat free.
They do a fabulous hearty veggie breakfast, with vegan options and they do evening meals, these are like a home cooked style, nothing fancy but not bad.
They use natural products in the rooms like the hand wash is Eco friendly and animal free. In the dining room and lounge areas, they use log burning open fires which add a really cosy feel to the place, outside there is a busy road, but the sound of the water and the lovely grounds somehow make the road noise less noticeable.
For more adventurous souls they have a bunkhouse and camping on site, where you can still take advantage of the veggie food on offer.
There are very few veggie places in Wales, this is a really good option and with so much lovely countryside on its doorstep it is well worth the stay.
