I love a good Sunday Lunch perfect for when you have a lazy Sunday or when you want to get the family around the table.
Sunday lunch is such a classic to us Brits, but I am discovering that most people find it hard to make the time for it anymore, including myself which is a shame as this is one of my favourite meals.
However every once in a while Paul makes me the best Sunday Lunch I could wish for and it always makes me feel full and happy.
My lunch consisted of Granose Nut Roast made with some red wine, Redwoods Lincolnshire Style Sausage, Roast Potatoes cooked in a little sunflower oil, mashed carrot and parsnip with a little Vitalite margarine, roasted parsnips brushed with sunflower oil, Birds Eye Frozen Peas and Bisto Onion Gravy made with some red wine. Served with a little home made mint sauce and a glass of wine. Yummy. Thanks Paul.
