Vegan Cheshire Cheese
A dairy free Cheshire Cheese from Sheese. This has got to be one of the closest to dairy cheeses I have tasted. The sharp acidic flavour tastes very similar to the dairy Cheshire cheese that I remember. This is a perfect vegan cheese to have on a sandwich with some pickle sauce. The texture is similar to other vegan cheeses, it is slightly crumbly (very similar to dairy Cheshire Cheese). I would prefer this to the other hard vegan cheeses I have tried so far.
My favourite vegan cheese is the garlic and herb soft cheese from Sheese which I reviewed earlier.
