Vegan Pepperoni  Sausage Pizza

A frozen vegan pizza from Natural Cool.  This is the very first commercially available vegan pizza I have ever seen for sale.  You cook it from frozen and it takes 10-12 minutes.  It tasted OK,  the crust was good the vegetables and tomato sauce tasted fine and the vegan pepperoni tasted good.  Two people can have a good meal from this pizza with some salad.  If you miss cheese you could always add some vegan cheese, they do melting versions now which are pretty good.

Each 350gram pizza is suitable for vegans,  per 100grams is 170kcal.  Cholesterol free.  I bought mine from an independent health food shop in the freezer.

Top Taste Crispy Onions

Vegan Dried Crispy Onions

Crispy onions from Top Taste.  These are perfect on a salad adding a good flavour with a crispy texture.   You could have them on mashed potato,  with a burger,  in fact I am sure they go with most foods.   They keep for ages,  they come in an air tight container so you can have a few at a time.

Each 100gram pack is suitable for vegetarians, vegan as far as I can tell.   I bought mine from the Cooperative supermarket.
