Vegan Roasted Vegetable Cous Cous
Roasted vegetable cous cous with tomato, peppers and a hint of garlic from the Ainsley Harriot range of Symingtons. I have tried a few of these cous cous packets, the thing I like the most is how easy it is to prepare, you just add boiling water and leave it for 5 minutes, stir and serve. This one has a pleasant flavour which is mostly tomato, the vegetables are very small, it has a mild flavour so nothing is too strong. It goes perfectly was a side dish with salads, falafel and with humous.
Each 100gram dried pack is suitable for vegetarians, vegan as far as I can tell. Per half a pack is 188kcal, the packet serves two people comfortably. Sold in supermarkets.
