Vegan Gluten Free Ciabatta
A pack of gluten and wheat free brown ciabatta rolls from Dietary Specials. Most of the ambient range of bread from DS is suitable for vegans, you do have to check for egg and milk which is in the pizza bases, but most of the other products are suitable. These brown rolls are pretty good, I would not eat them straight from the pack, it is better if you warm them up in the oven. They are similar to regular bread, the bread is a little dry, perfect for sandwiches or with some soup.
Each 200gram pack of 4 rolls is suitable for vegans (confirmed via email from DS). Per roll is 136kcal. Gluten and Wheat Free. High in Fibre. Sold in supermarkets and health food shops.
