Vegan Handwash

Vanilla milk and raspberry natural hand wash from Original Source.  This hand wash smells good enough to eat,  it is very fruity and sweet smelling and is not drying on the hands.   I like that it is made with natural ingredients and that it is Vegan Society Approved.  Perfect for cloakrooms or for keeping by the kitchen sink.  Original Source do some really nice vegan suitable products and this one is very good.

Each 250ml pump bottle is suitable for vegans, Vegan Society Approved.  Made with natural ingredients.  The bottle is recyclable.  I bought mine in Morrisons supermarket.

DS Gluten Free Multigrain Bread

Vegan Gluten Free Loaf

A gluten free brown multigrain sliced loaf from Dietary Specials.  Gluten free bread is not always the best in comparison to traditional bread, but when you are on a special diet it is good to know that there are some options.  This sliced loaf is OK,  it is at its best toasted, then it tastes fine,  I would not recommend having it without toasting it.  Perfect for beans on toast.

Each 400gram loaf is suitable for vegans (confirmed in an email from DS),  Gluten Free, Wheat Free and rich in fibre.  Per 4 slices is 284kcal.  Made with rice flour and maize.  Sold in supermarkets and health food shops.
