Super melting dairy free cheese from Redwood’s. Vegan cheese is not my favourite, but lately I have had a slight addiction to pasta with vegan pesto made with fresh basil. I thought I would try a little vegan Cheezly on it to see what it was like and I am pleased to say that I enjoyed it. The Mozzarella added a nice creamy texture to the pasta, I grated it and stirred it through so it melted. I will have this again. I am not a fan of this cheese on its own, but in a pasta dish I think it works really well.
Each 190gram pack is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Made in a vegan factory. Per 100gram is 272kcal. Dairy Free. Sold in health food shops and on line.
