Vegan Minestrone Soup

A fresh minestrone soup from New Covent Garden Soup Co.   This is a really good minestrone soup,  the pasta shapes are quite thick but perfect for the soup,  the vegetables are really tasty.  The carton has approx 2 servings inside and goes perfectly with some chunky bread or crackers.  The soup is ready to go, you can just heat it up in the microwave or on the hob.

Each 600gram Carton is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.   Per half a pack serving is 102kcal.  1 and half of your five a day.  Sold in Supermarkets.

dr.organic Lavender Skin Lotion

Vegan Skin Lotion

A daily skin moisturiser made with lavender essential oils from dr.organic.  I have used this lotion for a while and it is quite pleasant.  It does moisturise the skin very well and left my skin feeling really good. I like the smell, but it would not be everyone’s cup of tea,  because the lavender smell is to me a bit old fashioned.  It is made with shea butter and cocoa butter.

Eahc 200ml tube is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.  Paraben free. No artificial colours, fragrances or harsh preservatives.  Sold in Holland and Barrett.
