Vegan Lime & Coconut Cordial

Bottle Green’s new Lime & Coconut Cordial made with limes and coconut water.  I have been told that coconut water is the new trend for celebs, because it is a super food, rich in nutrients.   I was pleased to have a new Bottle Green cordial to try as I like most of their products.   Coconut is not my favourite flavour,  however this cordial tastes of summer.  The zingy lime and the smothering coconut sweetness work incredibly well together.  It is delicious,  I had mine with some still water,  but it would be great over ice with sparkling water and is a brilliant mixer for cocktails.  I like it with a vodka.  The Lime and Coconut Cordial will definitely be in my fridge this summer.

Each 500ml bottle of cordial is suitable for vegans and vegetarians ( I confirmed this on the telephone with the production manager).  The cordial dilutes 1 to 10.  No nasties in the ingredients, free from artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners.   Priced around £3 in supermarkets.
