Gourmet fishless cakes from the Making Waves range of Redwoods. I really do not know how Redwood’s can make something that tastes so much like fish. These fishcakes reminded me of the flavour of Tuna fish (which I have not had for many many years). I have never liked fishy flavours and this to me was a bit too like real fish and I did not like them. However I think lots of people will enjoy them and I would certainly recommend them for non veggies who are cutting down on fish as this is a great alternative and for veggies who miss fish. To cook you can fry, grill or oven cook them in under 15 minutes.
Each 150gram pack of 2 fishless cakes are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Per 100grams is 218kcal. Free from fish, dairy, cholesterol and hydrogenated fats.
