Vegan Louisiana Tenders
A pack of vegan drumstick shaped vegetable proteins in a crispy batter with louisiana spices from Frys Vegetarian. These are very very good. I really like the flavours of the tenders. They are crispy and the light Louisiana spice is really good, the texture is easy to chew but they do have some bite. They are not too spicy, but they do have a mild spicy flavour. I really enjoyed them with a selection of salads.
Each 300gram pack of drum sticks is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Zero Cholesterol. Per 100grams is 209kcal. Cook them in the oven, grill or fry. Sold in the freezer section at health food shops.
