Vegan Raspberry Brownie
A vegan natural brownie with raspberry from Happy Kitchen. This is the second variation of a brownie I have tried from this company. The brownies are OK, but they are not what you would expect a brownie to be. They have a very dense texture and it is very soft and gooey. The raspberry flavour is pleasant and the cocoa is OK, but I have to admit I did not enjoy this. The brownies leave a grainy texture in your mouth which takes some washing down.
Each 55gram bar is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and is Vegan Society Approved. Per brownie is 248kcal. Sold in health food shops.
