A gluten and dairy free vegetable pizza from Mamma Cucina. The pizza has a thin base with tomato sauce and mozzarella style dairy free cheese, red onion, mixed peppers and sweetcorn. I thought this pizza was OK, the base is a bit soggy despite cooking by the instructions on the pack, this might be because it is Gluten Free. The topping was OK, the dairy free cheese was not the best vegan cheese I have tried. The vegetables were not evenly distributed on the top of the pizza they were in clumps, so I had to do that by hand. This pizza is OK but there are better vegan pizzas out there like the Redwood versions.
Each 300gram pizza is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Gluten Free. Per 100grams is 146kcal. Sold in the freezer section of health food shops.
