A pack of plain ready to cook puppodums from Sharwoods. On the instructions is says that you need to deep fry the poppodoms but I do not like to do that. I brush them sparingly with a little sunflower or olive oil and then microwave each one for 40 seconds. They come out crispy and without making a mess. I really enjoyed these poppadums, they are really good with some mango chutney or Indian dips. I often have a poppadum as a snack instead of crisps.
Each pack of 8 puppodums is suitable for vegetarians and vegan as far as I can tell. Per poppadum is 32kcal. Gluten free. Sold in supermarkets. I got mine in Waitrose.
