Vegan Ginger Beer Cooler
A ginger beer cooler drink from Morrisons supermarkets. I bought this to have on a hot day, but since I bought it we have been having floods and cold windy weather, so I tried it on a day when I had been doing my cleaning so I was hot and bothered. I found the drink to be quite refreshing, the ginger does add a nice zing, but not too hot. I do not normally have this kind of thing but it does make a pleasant change.
Each 750ml bottle is suitable for vegetarians and vegan as far as I can tell. Per 250ml serving is 106kcal. Made with apple juice, water, lemon juice and ginger puree. Sold in the fridge at Morrisons supermarket.
