A tin of organic barley and vegetable soup from Amy’s Kitchen. This soup has been sitting in my cupboard for some time, it just got stuck at the back like this kind of food often does, but tinned soups and casseroles are handy for when you just want something warming, quick and easy to cook and tasty. This soup does taste like most tinned vegetable soups, but the barley is quite pleasant and adds another dimension. You just warm it up on the hob and serve. It goes well with some crusty bread or some crackers.
Each 400gram tin is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Organically grown without pesticides. Vegetarian Society Approved. Per tin is 108kcal. Sold in some supermarkets and health food shops.
I have tried the Lentil soup they do which I reviewed earlier.
Please note my reviews are always honest and unbiased, however I feel it only right to point out that the marketing team of Amys Kitchen did supply this product for me to review
