Hugh Fearnly Whittingstall has got a feature pullout in the Telegraph newspaper this weekend with recipes from his vegetarian cook book River Cottage Veg. The Veg Everyday is free with the newspaper.
I have reviewed the Cookbook earlier, it is a good cookbook. You do need to make some changes to make the recipes vegan, but most of the recipes are really easy to make and are quite tasty.
My favourite recipe in his book is the Mushroom Stoup, it is just divine and you can use whatever mushrooms you can get hold of.
