Vegan Chocolate Coconut Truffles

A pack of 4 organic coconut handmade chocolate truffles from Hipo Hyfryd.  I have tried a few of these type of truffles from Hipo Hyfryd and I have mostly enjoyed them.  These ones so far are my least favourite.  I am not a great lover of coconut but I can eat it,  however I did not enjoy this combination with the dark chocolate.  I prefer the rose petal ones I reviewed earlier.

Each 50gram pack of 4 truffles is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.  organic.  Hand made in Wales.  I bought mine in an independent health food shop.

Lidl Vegetable Crisps

Vegan Vegetable Crisps

A pack of vegetable crisps including, beetroot, sweet potato, carrot and parsnip lightly sprinkled with sea salt from the Deluxe selection of Lidl Supermarkets.  I thought these vegetable crisps were good,  they had quite large slices of vegetable and you can taste each individual vegetable.  They are crispy and light and perfect for a snack and because the pieces were large I would use them for dips like hummous.

Each 100gram pack is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.  Cooked in sunflower oil.  Made in the UK.  Per 25gram serving is 129kcal.    Sold in Lidl supermarkets.
