A gluten and dairy free lemon cheesecake from Heavens Food in association with Swedish Glace. I found this cheesecake in the freezers at Tesco. I must say Paul and I really enjoyed it. The lemon vegan cheese is really good, the cheesey bit is light and fluffy and the lemon is lovely and delicate, the base is light and biscuity. It is a long time since I have had dairy, but I do think this is very similar to dairy cheese cake. My top tip, is if you do not want to eat it all in one go, cut it into portions whilst it is still frozen with a heavy sharp knife, then you can just use it as and when you want it. Please be careful when you cut it. This dessert is perfect for a treat or even for a dinner party dessert.
Each 375gram cheesecake is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Gluten Free. Lactose, cholesterol and dairy free. Per 100grams is 312kcal. I bought mine in Tesco.
