A rice and corn crispbread that is organic and gluten free from Amisa. I have never really been a fan of crispbread as it reminds me of diet food which I don’t believe in. However this gluten free variety looked interesting. I really like the flavour of this crispbread it is savoury but not too strong. The texture is where I find it problematic, it is really like chewy cardboard, it sticks to the roof of your mouth and is hard to swallow. It is better with toppings that add moisture. I hoped it would be crispy and melt in the mouth but it was not. It is gluten free so if you have a problem with wheat then this might be OK for you as there are hardly any decent crackers out there that are vegan and gluten free.
Each 150gram pack of 6 individual packs of 5 crackers are suitable for vegans and gluten free. Per 100grams is 352kcal. Yeast Free, wheat free, sugar free. I bought mine in Holland & Barrett.
