Beany Veggie Burgers
Organic Beany burgers from Dragonfly. Made with soya bean, rice and vegetables. I think these burgers are really good. They are very filling, they are crumbly but that does not take anything away from the burger. They have a good flavour which is savoury and tastes really really good. I like to have mine on a bun with some vegan coleslaw and reggae reggae tomato ketchup. They are a great food to have on a veggie BBQ, you can cook them very quickly under the grill or lightly fried.
Each pack of 2 burgers is Vegetarian Society Approved. Vegan. Dairy, Egg, Gluten and Meat Free. Per 100grams is 264kcal. Sold in health food shops.
