A large bar of 60% cocoa organic dark chocolate from The Grenada Chocolate Company.
This bar is made by a chocolate making co-operative who grow the cocoa bean and make the chocolate in the Caribbean rain Forest. They use solar power and make small batches of chocolate. The packaging is made using recycled materials.
I think this is a lovely bar of chocolate. Could be used for cooking, or just having a few squares with a nice cup of tea. It is a rich chocolate that is smooth and not too bitter. I enjoyed it. I like to use this kind of chocolate to make hot chocolate. ( you just need about 4 sqaures, and stir into your favourite warm vegan milk, I like Koko dairy free, keep stiring until the chocolate is all melted and enjoy. )
Each 85gram bar is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Organic. I got mine in a little local veggie shop.
