A dairy free Margherita pizza made with vegan cheese from Mamma Cucina. From frozen it takes about 14 minutes to cook in the oven. The base is quite pleasant, it reminded me of the cheap supermarket pizzas I used to have, the base is soft with crispy edges. The topping was fine, the tomato sauce is nice and the dairy free cheese was OK, not the best. What I would do next time I have this is add more toppings like pineapple, sweetcorn and vegetables, this will make the cheese taste better with the other flavours. You cannot tell it is gluten free. I thought the pizza was not bad, but could be better.
Each 280gram pizza is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Gluten and Dairy free. Cholesterol free. Per 100grams is 396kcal. I bought mine in a health food shop in the freezer section.
