A dairy free alternative to cream cheese from Sheese (Isle of Bute Foods). This vegan cream cheese looks and has texture very similar to dairy cream cheese. The flavour is slightly cheesy but with a soya cream taste with it. I thought it was OK, but not something I would rush out for again. I do however like the garlic and herb version of this cheese which I reviewed earlier. This plain cream cheese is ideal for cakes, you could use it to make a frosting on a cake, or in a cheese cake. I will definitely be trying this out soon.
