A gluten and wheat free spaghetti from the Free From range at Tesco. Made with rice and maize flour. This is quite a good pasta. I like the colour which is golden and it cooks like ordinary pasta, just boil for 9 minutes. I like it with home made vegan pesto and some Redwoods Mozzarella vegan cheese. Great if you are on a gluten free diet or just cutting down on wheat products.
Each 500gram pack is suitable for vegetarians, vegan as far as I can tell. Per 100grams is 355kcal. Sold in the free from section at Tesco.
