Vegan Organic Beer

A bottle of organic beer from Pinkus.   I bought this beer a while ago and forgot to try it, but as Saturday was sunny and quite warm I thought this would hit the spot.  I really like a cold beer in the summer as there is nothing more refreshing and chilled out.  This German beer is really good,  I like that it is organic and it is light and fresh tasting not bitter, just smooth beer.  I will buy this again,  perfect for sharing with friends.

Each 33cl bottle is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.  Organic, Made in Germany. I bought mine from Vinceremos an online specialist in organic and veggie wine and beers. I think they sell it in some health food shops also.

Organic Budels Lager

Vegan Organic Lager

An organic lager brewed in Holland from Budels.   There is nothing like a cold beer after a long hard day especially when it has been warm.  This beer is really satisfying,  I like to chill it and then drink it outside in the fresh air.  The lager is really refreshing and is quite light and smooth.  It is made using soft water and is naturally made by four generations of family brewers in Holland.  Perfect for sharing with friends.

Samuel Smiths Cherry Beer

Vegan Cherry Beer

An organic handcrafted beer with cherry juice from Samuel Smiths.  This is the second fruit beer I have tried from Samuel Smiths and I personally am very impressed.  I know that this will not be for everyone but I really enjoyed it.  The strong beer is complimented by the sweet cherry flavour and is so summery.  I had mine sitting outside on hot sunny day looking at the sea, and it was wonderful.  However Paul tasted it and just said NO,  it was not for him.  If you like beer but sometimes find it a little bitter then I am sure you will like this refreshing fruit beer.  I also really liked the strawberry version which I reviewed earlier.

Each 355ml bottle of cherry beer is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, Organic.   Vegan Society Approved.   Made in the UK in a small ancient brewery. Best served chilled.  I bought mine from Vinceremos.co.uk.

Vinceremos Vegan Alcohol Drinks

Vegan Booze

I wanted to try some different vegan beers and spirits,  I have used Vinceremos quite a few times in the past but not for a while.   So I thought I would see what they have on offer for vegans.  They have a huge choice which is wonderful,  lots of organic wines, beers and spirits.

The web site clearly marks vegan products and I found the service pretty good.  They delivered on time and the products were as described.  This company has been around for years and I can honestly say that they are a good company to deal with.

I have had a mixed case of fruit beers, a
mixed case of organic larger and some spirits, cognac, calvados and some cherry vodka.  I will review them individually shortly.  I think I might have some fun tasting.  It’s a tough job.

Stroud Brewery Woolsack Beer

Vegan Beer

An organic vegetarian and vegan beer from Stroud Brewery.   I really like this beer,  it is quite smooth with a lovely bitter flavour.  On the bottle it is described as “a rich fruity ruby porter”.  It is made using local ingredients from the Cotswolds.  Beer is always good on a warm day or after you have had a good days work,  it goes down a treat and is very refreshing.

Each 500ml bottle of beer is Vegan Society Approved.  Organic. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.  I bought mine in an independent health food shop for £2.16.  Made in the UK.

Cobra Beer

Vegan Beer

An extra smooth premium vegan beer from Cobra.  I am not a big drinker but from time to time I like to have a bottle of beer and the Cobra is one of my favourites.  I like that it is not too gassy and it has a crisp and refreshing taste.  It is not bitter and is perfect on a hot summers day or after a hard days work.  I really like it with a Curry which is what they designed the beer for,  it really works well together with the spices in the curry.

Each 330ml bottle is suitable for vegans ( I had confirmation directly from Cobra).  Vegetarian Society Approved.  5% Vol (1.7 UK units).  Sold in most supermarkets.

I have used vintage roots for years,  they offer a huge selection of vegan wine and beers.   On the run up to Christmas it is good to know where to get vegan wine easily,  we have the Cooperative supermarket that offer a simple range which is great,  but when you fancy something a bit more fancy then I buy from Vintage Roots.

I have spoken to Vintage Roots and they have offered free delivery to my readers on the run up to Christmas saving £6.95 so it is worth having a look at their offers.  I get no benefit from this,  it is just for my readers.
