Mamma Cucina Vegan Mango & Passion Fruit Cheesecake
This is the second one of the cheesecakes I have tried, the Strawberry Dairy Free Cheesecake I reviewed in an earlier post.
The flavour of this Vegan cheesecake is quite nice. You can taste the mango and passion fruit quite clearly. The texture is firm but not too hard. The biscuit base is a little soggy but edible. I like to have a bit of soy cream or a little scoop of vegan ice cream with it.
You get approx 8 portions from this box. I cut mine whilst it was still frozen and took out the portions as I need them. Be careful doing this.
Diary & Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Zero Cholesterol. Suitable for Vegans. Made using soy and tofu. It says to defrost for a few hours, but I found it only took an hour. Per 100grams is 307kcal.
Sold in Holland & Barrett for £3.99 for a 550gram cake serves 8.
