Vegan Organic Tofu
A pack of organic tofu from Clear Spot.
As you may be aware I am quite new to tofu. I have been using the Dragonfly organic tofu for a while and I really like that one. This Clear Spot tofu is actually quite similar. The texture is soft and spongey, it can be made into a scramble by mashing it with some soy milk, or you could chop it up and fry it, have it in curries or stir frys, or bake it. I had mine as a scramble with mushrooms, turmeric, left over veggies and a bit of spice. I really enjoyed it and it is equally as good as the Dragonfly version.
Each 280gram pack is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Organic. Per 100grams is 95.7kcal. Sold in health food shops. I paid £1.82 in an independent health food shop.
