A pack of 10 uncooked poppadoms from the Vitasia range of Lidl supermarket.
You are supposed to deep fry these as per the instructions on the pack. However I hate frying food, so I found a cheat way to cook them. I brush them in a little olive oil on both sides and microwave for 30 seconds. This produces a crispy, light and perfect poppadom. The poppadoms taste lovely and are great fora little snack or as a part of a meal.
Each 120gram pack is suitable for vegetarians and vegan as far as I can tell. Sold in Lidl
