Vegan Spelt Fruit Biscuits
A pack of organic spelt heart shaped biscuits with fruit and spices from Amisa. These biscuits are very small, just enough for one bite. Made with spelt flour which is more nutritious than wheat flour (so it says on the pack).
I liked and disliked these biscuits in equal measure. They are very grainy to eat, you need a drink otherwise they are too dry, the fruit is in there but you can’t really see it. The flavour is quite pleasant sweet with some spiced flavours. I also like the shapes, cute and great for sharing. I like that they are organic. I would not have them again because of the texture.
Each 150gram pack is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Per 100grams is 445kcal. Made in Germany, Organic. I got mine on line, they are sold in health food shops.
