At times we all fall short of getting our full intake of vitamins, we are too stressed or unwell or just not eating very healthy for a while. It happens to most of us.

They contain all the minerals you need when you are vegan including B12, Calcium and Vitamin D.
Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans, Dairy Free. They recommend that you take the tablet with food, and I would agree with that, I get nausea if I take them on their own. One per day for the 60 days.
