Vegan Burger
A pack of two ambient burgers (stored at room temperature) from Vegetalis. I got these from Vegan Store.
The burgers are OK. I lightly fried mine and added some ketchup on a bun with salad. The burgers are very soft, like a mix of squashed veggies and tofu. The flavour is OK but it is a simple flavour nicely savoury, but I think it needs something more. Ideal to add a hot sauce or ketchup. I like that they are easy to store and do not need to be kept in the fridge, so great for camping trips. The burger is quite large and holds it shape very well.
Each 200gram pack is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Per burger is 111kcal. I got mine from www.veganstore.co.uk
