Vegan Blugar & Quinoa Pot Meal
A bulgar wheat and quinoa wholesome pot with tomatoes, black olives and basil from The Food Doctor. You make this very similar to a pot noodle, you add hot water to the fill line and wait for 10 minutes, stir and serve. I thought that this vegan ready meal is OK, it is quite strong in tomato flavour, the bulgar wheat and the quinoa seemed perfectly fine. I did like the sunflower seeds as these added a pleasant texture. This is great for lunch time, although it does have garlic in there, so maybe not so great for the office.
Each 70gram pot is suitable for vegetarians and vegan as far as I can tell. Per pot is 303kcal. Sold in supermarkets and health food shops.
