A VSOP Cognac from Roland Seguin. I found this Cognac at Vinceremos. I am fond of brandy with fresh pineapple juice and good Cognac on its own warmed up. I found this to be pretty good either way, the flavour is rich and has a lovely warming brandy flavour. I also thought it is quite good value for an organic Cognac at £29.99 a bottle.
Here is what Vinceremos say about it:-
A stylish cognac from the Seguins which has been aged in oak for over 10 years. VSOP stands for Very Special Old Pale – so named after the aged brandies sold in London in Victorian times. With more intensity, depth of colour and flavour than the VS.
Each 70cl bottle of Cognac is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Organic. Natural Cork seal. 40% alcohol. I got mine at Vinceremos for £29.99
