Vegan Almond Snack Bar
An almond bar made with Meridian almond butter from Meridian.
The bar contains 55% almonds which gives the bar a nice almond flavour. It is not too sweet which I liked. It is slightly crunchy and chewy. It is sweetened naturally. Great as a snack when you need some energy.
Each 40gram bar is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. 7grams of protein per bar. Gluten free, soya free. Per bar is 202kcal. I paid £1.65 for it in an independent health food shop.

I liked the peanut butter Meridian bar a lot, but found the almond one a bit dry and tasteless. Maybe it was just a bad bar, might give it another chance!
