Vegan Oat Milk
An organic milk made using oats from Provamel. I think it is great that we have so many choices for vegan milk, I like soya milk which is available everywhere, but I feel that I consume too much soya, so it great to have an oat milk Also lots of people have intolerances to soya so this is another good choice. The milk is quite good, I like to use it in cooking as I find it works really well especially for pancakes.
Each 1 litre carton is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Organic. Per 100ml is 66kcal. I bought mine in Holland & Barrett.
